No Products in the Cart
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 3 working days of receiving the package. We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 3 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office, we would issue store credits for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.
Refund (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and after approval, we will ship you the replacement product. In case replacement product is not available only then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your prepayment method, within 7 – 8 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There I often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping Costs
If you return an item using a prepaid method (drop-off or pickup) from us, and the reason for return is not a result of an Tokenz error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.
